· Recording of attendance and apologies.
· Presentation and Adoption of the Annual.
· Presentation and Adoption of the Financial Statements.
· Adoption of the Auditors Report on accounts for the preceding Financial Year.
· Election of Officers (President, Secretary and Treasurer).
· Election of 2 senior representatives (player or supporter member) to Management Committee.
· Election of 2 junior representatives (parent member) to Management Committee.
· Nomination and Election for Life Membership.
· Appointment of Auditor for the present financial year.
· General Business.
